Hi, I’m Crystal Kenyatta. I’m a mother of three, a breast cancer survivor, and someone who knows what it means to face life’s toughest challenges head-on. My book, Obstacles of a Prison Wife, comes straight from my heart. It’s my honest story about standing by my husband during his incarceration and navigating the ups and downs that come with it.
Life has thrown me more than a few curveballs, but I’ve learned to turn those obstacles into opportunities. I started Visionary 7 to help others find their strength and love themselves. From our fitness line to our Candy Cleanse detox tea, everything we do is about empowering people to feel their best.
My husband and I created the Kenyatta Foundation. We help cancer patients, survivors of domestic violence, and people who are just getting out of prison. It’s all about providing the practical support they need, like medical aid, transportation, food, and job placement. I know firsthand how important it is to have someone in your corner when times get tough.
I’ve learned a lot about leadership and taking care of others. I also spent years caring for my grandparents, which taught me the true meaning of compassion and dedication.
At the end of the day, I’m just a real person trying to make a difference. I believe in the power of faith, perseverance, and community. Through my writing, my business, and my foundation, I hope to inspire others to keep going, no matter what life throws at them.
